Heather Ogletree

Heather Ogletree has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Heather is currently working at Modivcare as the Director of IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance. Prior to that, they held roles such as Director of IT Security & Regulatory Compliance and Director of Controls Compliance at the same company. At Tallgrass Energy, they worked as a Senior Internal Auditor, focusing on growing the Operations Audit Practice and supporting the implementation of Oracle Cloud. Heather also worked as a Mergers and Acquisitions Manager at Third Coast Midstream, LLC, where they supported limited audit functions and coordinated acquisitions and divestitures. At American Midstream, LP, they served as the Lead Internal Auditor, Operations. Before that, they worked at CVR Energy, Inc., where they held positions such as Senior Internal Auditor and Staff Internal Auditor, leading cross-functional audits and supporting Company Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) testing. Heather also has experience at Bureau Veritas as the QHSE Manager and HSE Consultant, and at BP as an Administrative Assistant/Coordinator. Additionally, they worked at USRA as a USRP Project Coordinator and at San Jacinto College as a Project Coordinator - NASA SEA Grant. Throughout their career, Heather has demonstrated expertise in audit, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and project coordination.

Heather Ogletree completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Baylor University between 2000 and 2004. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) in 2024, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Lead Auditor from Bureau Veritas in 2018, and OHSAS 18001 from the ISO - International Organization for Standardization.
