Jennifer Jaskolka

Jennifer Jaskolka's work experience begins in 1999 as a Shareholder at Sullivan & Ward, P.C. Jennifer later became a Board Member & Secretary at Ballet Theatre of Des Moines in 2002 and an Officer at White and Steele, PC in 2008. From 2010 to 2013, they served as a Board Member & Secretary at Wonderbound. In 2016, they became a Member of the Board of Directors and Co-President at Colorado Pledge to Diversity. Jennifer joined Xcel Energy in 2012, where they held various positions, including Assistant General Counsel and Manager of Corporate Safety & Industrial Hygiene. Throughout their tenure, they managed a complex litigation and regulatory portfolio. In 2018, they became a Member of the Board of Director and Practice Group Committee Leader at the Association of Corporate Counsel. In 2020, they joined the Denver Board of Public Health and Environment as a Member of the Board of Directors. Additionally, Jennifer serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for Law School...Yes We Can!, starting in 2021. Jennifer'smost recent position is at Modivcare, where they have held roles as Associate General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, and Head of Legal & Corporate Secretary.

Jennifer Jaskolka earned a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health from Columbia Southern University in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law from 1996 to 1999. Jennifer also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, which they completed from 1991 to 1995. In addition to their formal education, Jennifer has also acquired additional certifications including the Associate Safety Professional (ASP) from BCSP and the OSHA 30-hour General Industry certification from the Occupational Health and Safety Administration in 2018.
