Jessica Lardinois

Jessica Lardinois, SHRM-CP, has a strong background in human resources and talent acquisition. Jessica began their career at Starbucks as a Store Manager and later joined The Connor Group as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Jessica then transitioned to Hartzell, where they served as a Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter and later as a Human Resources Manager. In these roles, they focused on employee-oriented practices, high-performance culture, and recruitment strategies. Jessica also worked at Modivcare, where they held various HR positions, including Human Resources Business Partner, Director of Human Resources Business Partner, Senior Director of HRBP, and Vice President of People & Culture Business Partner, Home. Jessica demonstrated expertise in providing HR support, consultation, and solutions, while driving cultural change and implementing people strategies. Throughout their career, Jessica has showcased their ability to align business objectives with employees and management and serve as an employee champion and change agent.

Jessica Lardinois, SHRM-CP holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Western Governors University. Jessica has also obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in April 2020.
