Rhoda Slade

Rhoda Slade, D.D., serves as the Senior Regional Operations Manager at Modivcare since September 2023, while concurrently holding the position of Caregiver Advocate/Trainer at Care Finders Total Care since September 2017. Slade has extensive experience in both management and training roles, previously working as a Branch Manager where office functions and employee inquiries were handled. In addition to leading operations, Slade is the President/Executive Director of Heart 4 Hearts, overseeing strategic and operational responsibilities since January 2015, and has been a Senior Pastor at Rivers of Living Water Christian Fellowship since July 2009. Additional roles include Case Manager at Caregiver's Home Solutions, Care Liaison/Recruiter/Scheduling Coordinator at Sovereign Home Health, HR Specialist at Excel Partners, and Senior Staffing Supervisor at Kelly Services.
