Ryan G.'s work experience begins in 2006 as a Sales Account Manager at AT&T Mobile Tel. Ryan provided customer service, sales, telemarketing, and technical support for various mobile and home products. In 2010, they joined LogistiCare as a Lead Customer Service Representative and later took on roles as a Quality Control Monitor, Training Coordinator, and Training Supervisor, where they ensured safe and timely transportation services for non-emergency medical patients. In 2018, Ryan worked as a Technical Support Analyst at an undisclosed company. Ryan then transitioned to a role as the Lead Strategist for Transportation & Technology, responsible for deploying new transportation management products. Ryan then worked as a Regional Training Manager before becoming the Director Operations Training and later the Director of Instructional Systems at Modivcare.
