Ryan Tyrrell Lipinski

Ryan Tyrrell Lipinski has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ryan Tyrrell currently serves as the Vice President of Compliance - Personal Care Services at Modivcare. Prior to this, they worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, where they held positions such as Executive Director of the Privacy Office and Director of Government Programs Compliance.

Before their time at Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Ryan worked at Cook County Health and Hospitals System as a Compliance Officer for CountyCare. Ryan Tyrrell was responsible for developing and maintaining the compliance program and overseeing all related activities.

Ryan also has experience in the public sector, as they served as the Chief Administrative Law Judge at the Department of HealthCare and Family Services for the State of Illinois. Additionally, they worked as an Assistant Attorney General at the Illinois Attorney General's Office, where their practice focused on protecting consumers from fraudulent business practices.

Earlier in their career, Ryan served as a Graduate Assistant at Northern Illinois University's Office of the Ombudsman and worked as an Office Assistant at SolutionPeople.

Ryan Tyrrell Lipinski attended Northern Illinois University from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained their J.D. degree in Law. Prior to their time at Northern Illinois University, they completed their high school education at Maine South High School. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communications at the University of Illinois Chicago. Additionally, Ryan has obtained certifications in healthcare compliance and healthcare privacy compliance from the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) and the Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC) institution, respectively. Ryan achieved their CHC certification in 2015 and their CHPC certification in January 2022.
