Terry Kealamakia

Terry Kealamakia has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of operations leadership. They started their career at Stream Global Services in 2007 as an Area Vice President, where they oversaw operations for seven national contact centers. During this time, they played a key role in P&L management, budgeting, strategic planning, and cost reduction initiatives. In 2011, they moved on to Progrexion, where they held multiple senior leadership positions, including Director of Call Center Operations and Senior Vice President Teleservices. In these roles, they led a 1,600-member sales team across multiple sites and were responsible for driving P&L management, monitoring acquisition costs, and implementing sales strategies. Terry Kealamakia is currently working at Modivcare as the Vice President of Care Operations, starting in 2023.

Terry Kealamakia obtained a BA degree in English from Weber State University, completing their education from 1989 to 1995.
