Justin Carper is a seasoned professional in project management and structural engineering with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at MODLOGIQ, Inc. since August 2023, Justin has previously held positions including Project Manager at Erie Insurance Group and Wohlsen Construction Company, as well as Assistant Project Manager at Wagman Construction, Inc. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Property Claims Adjuster and Project Manager at Reynolds Construction, LLC, along with significant engineering positions at NuTec Design Associates, Inc. and ARRO Consulting, Inc.
