Erdem Tokmakoglu has extensive work experience in various marketing and strategy roles. Erdem is currently the Head of Marketing Acceleration & Analytics at Modernizing Medicine since September 2020. In the past, they co-founded Politik Merkez, a strategy research and geopolitics think-tank, where they developed a scalable omnichannel distribution hub and grew the digital presence of their website. At MotionPoint, they served as the Head of Go-to-Market Strategy & Analytics, leading a team of 22 and mentoring a sales and marketing team of 200. Erdem also worked at Salesforce as an Advisory Board Member, providing feedback and participating in product management workshops. Erdem was the Director of Marketing Strategy at Temka, where they launched a B2B/B2C travel platform and outlined the product vision for major releases. Erdem co-founded ISEY and served as a co-founder and strategy consultant. Erdem also held roles at Yonsei University, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, SK planet, and GW Group in marketing and project management positions.

Erdem Tokmakoglu holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Economics from Chungnam National University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Kongju National University. Additionally, they have a Master of Arts (MA) degree in International Finance from Yonsei University. Furthermore, Erdem has completed an Executive MBA program at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Erdem has also obtained several certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance, and Salesforce certifications.
