Mike Gracza

Mike Gracza is a seasoned pharmacy professional with extensive experience in pharmacy management. Currently serving as the Pharmacy Manager at MMC-Modoc Medical Center since June 2018, Mike has previously held the position of Director of Pharmacy at Community HealthCare Services Pharmacy from August 2012 to April 2016 and was the Pharmacy Operations Manager at Walgreens from August 2010 to August 2012. Educationally, Mike holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from the U.S.C. School of Pharmacy (1979-1983) and a degree in Pre-Pharmacy with a focus on Biochemistry from California State University, Fullerton (1975-1979).
