Stuart Huggins

Stuart Huggins is an experienced professional in community and facility management, currently serving as the Director of Community & Facility Management at Modon since 2019. Previously, Stuart held various leadership roles at JLL MENA from 2019 to June 2023, including Associate Director and Director of Facilities Management. Other notable positions include Senior Consultant at Gregory & Jones Consultants, Head of Facilities Management at This is Fresh, and Regional Facilities Manager at Workspace Group. Stuart began their career as an Engineer at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust and Eco Beach Resort, and also founded and directed MODE Property from 2002 to 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Building Services Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Facilities Management from Leeds Beckett University, as well as an Executive Master of Business Administration from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
