Neil Cochrane

Neil Cochrane has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Neil most recently worked as a Community Support Specialist at ModSquad since August 2019. Prior to that, they were a Credit Collection Specialist at PayPal from November 2018 to August 2019.

Before joining PayPal, Neil worked at SSE Airtricity as a Home Moves & Sales Advisor, where they processed home moves and contract renewals while providing customer service duties. Neil worked for SSE Airtricity from May 2016 to November 2018.

Neil's previous experience includes working as a Field Sales Representative at Solar NI from June 2014 to May 2016 and as an Assistant Telesales Supervisor at Total Home Improvements from April 2013 to June 2014. At Total Home Improvements, Neil was responsible for outbound cold calls, social media development, report compilation, and support of telesales agents.

Additionally, Neil has experience as a Stock Assistant at Tesco from February 2012 to April 2013, a Club Secretary/Sales & Marketing Executive at NEWRY CITY FOOTBALL CLUB LTD from September 2010 to February 2012, and a Call Centre Team Leader at Teleperformance from September 2007 to September 2010. At Teleperformance, Neil managed and motivated a team of agents, initially working on outbound sales for Moneysupermarket.com and later for Setanta Sports.

From 1997 to 2002, Neil Cochrane attended St Patrick's Grammar School in Armagh. During this time, they pursued their GCSE's with a focus on English Language, English Literature, Maths, History, Religion, and ICT.
