Yudha Mukiat has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Yudha began their professional career in 2014 as a Ground Handling employee at Qantas. In 2016, they worked as a Barista at Homebrew Coffee and Eatery, where they handled customer orders, maintained supplies, and managed the cashier.

From 2017 to 2018, Yudha worked as a Learning and Development Specialist at BINUS Business International Club (BIC). During their time there, they focused on enhancing the organization's learning and development initiatives.

In 2018, Yudha took on a role as the Founder of Katering Mama Ikok, where they were responsible for managing the operations of the catering business.

Later in 2018, Yudha joined PT. Dinamika Indonusa Prima as an Accounts Receivable Supervisor. In this role, they managed productivity and quality, resolved escalated issues, and supervised the Billing Office staff.

In 2021, Yudha gained experience at Meltwater as a Temporary Assistant Media Monitoring, where they translated Indonesian articles into proficient English, conducted media monitoring, and performed data cleaning tasks.

Yudha also worked as a Customer Support Specialist at ModSquad in 2021, providing support to customers.

Their most recent position was as a Search Engine Evaluator at TELUS International from November 2021 to February 2022.

With their diverse background and experiences, Yudha Mukiat has acquired a range of skills and expertise in customer service, project management, team supervision, and language proficiency.

Yudha Mukiat completed their Junior High School education at Sekolah Terpadu PAH from 2011 to 2013. Yudha then pursued their High School Diploma in Tourism at Santa Laurensia from 2013 to 2015. Yudha continued their education at Binus University from 2015 to 2020, where they obtained a Gelar Sarjana degree in International Business. In 2017, they also participated in a Student Exchange program at Mahidol University, focusing on Business Studies.
