Mignon M. is an accomplished human resources leader currently serving as the VP and Head of Global People at Modular since January 2024. Mignon possesses extensive experience in HR consulting and management, having worked as a Fractional HR Consultant at MMC, where guidance was offered to growth companies in building scalable People functions from May 2020 to December 2024. Mignon's leadership at FireHydrant as VP and Head of People & Administration involved designing and establishing critical HR functions, including overseeing significant transitions and redesigning total rewards from October 2021 to June 2024. Previous roles include serving as an Executive Advisor at Pinterest, where innovative people programs were developed during a transformative period, and as the Chief People Officer at SYPartners, where the first HR department was established. Mignon holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Media & Communications from The George Washington University.
