Nicolas Lapierre

Nicolas Lapierre is a seasoned architect with significant experience in both academic and professional settings. As a Founding Partner at L'Abri since March 2013 and at Modulor since January 2020, Nicolas has been instrumental in shaping architectural projects. Prior experience includes serving as a Designer/Project Leader at BIG - Bjarke Ingels Group from December 2017 to January 2020 and as an Assistant Professor of Architecture at Université de Montréal from September 2011 to May 2012. Nicolas began the architectural career as an Intern Architect at Atelier Frédéric ROLLAND from May 2008 to July 2011. Academically, Nicolas holds a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) from Université de Montréal and a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from both Université de Montréal and Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture de Paris-Belleville.
