Gavin Waddell

Director, Strategic Account Sales - Crypto & Lending at Modulr

Gavin Waddell has a diverse work experience. Gavin started their career as a Squash Coach at Blue Gum Squash Centre and Vic Park Squash Club in 2014, where they stayed until 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Personal Lending Customer Service Advisor at Secure Trust Bank PLC. From 2017 to 2019, Gavin worked in Business Development at ClearBank®. Gavin then joined Modulr in 2019 as a Business Development Manager, responsible for integrating payment services for various industries. In 2021, Gavin took on the role of Director, Strategic Account Sales - Crypto & Lending at Modulr, where they currently work.

Gavin Waddell attended Solihull School from 2001 to 2010 for their primary and secondary education. Gavin then went on to study at Solihull School Sixth Form from 2010 to 2012. Gavin pursued a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management (International) at the University of Leeds from 2012 to 2016. Gavin also spent a year as an exchange student at Curtin University in 2014-2015. Recently, in 2018-2019, Gavin attended Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, for the Oxford Fintech Programme.
