Helen Harvey

Helen Harvey has extensive experience in internal communications and employee engagement. Helen is currently the Head of Internal Communications and Employee Engagement at Modulr, where they established and leads a new function focused on driving positive change and improving the employee experience. Previously, they worked at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd as the Colleague Voice & Insight Lead, responsible for developing and owning the colleague listening and insight strategy. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Colleague Communications and Engagement at Sainsbury's Bank, where they were accountable for the governance, design, and delivery of the colleague communications and engagement strategy. Helen also has experience in engagement management at Warburtons, where they implemented effective strategies to improve employee engagement and drive business results. Helen has worked in various other communication and engagement roles throughout their career.

Helen Harvey obtained a BA Hons degree in English Literature from Lancaster University between 1999 and 2002. Prior to that, they attended Arnold School (now AKS in Lytham St Annes) from 1992 to 1999, however, no specific degree or field of study information is available for this period.
