Imogen Hedgeland

Imogen Hedgeland has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Imogen currently serves as the Head of CDD Operations at Modulr, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to this role, Imogen was the Business Impact Manager at Modulr from November 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining Modulr, Imogen worked at Baringa Partners as a Senior Manager from October 2018 to November 2021. In this role, they were part of the Products & Services team, focusing on products and services strategy, managing multi-workstream projects, and team development.

Prior to Baringa Partners, Imogen was a Senior Consultant at Kurt Salmon, part of Accenture Strategy, from October 2013 to September 2018. Imogen led workstreams in strategy and operations for businesses in the UK and internationally, delivering tailored solutions and demonstrating strong analytical skills.

Imogen's career started as an intern at The Foundation Growth Consulting LLP in April 2013, where they contributed to projects focused on growth and innovation strategy, including customer journey mapping, communications, and branding.

Imogen Hedgeland attended Tonbridge Grammar School where they studied Maths, English, History, Latin, Economics, and Biology from an unspecified start year until 2009. In 2019, Imogen obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
