Jincy Greene

Jincy Greene has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jincy recently worked as the Director of Business Development at Thought Logic Consulting, where they focused on assisting organizations in becoming more efficient and driving business transformation. Prior to this, Jincy held multiple roles at Seneca Resources, including Executive Vice President of Enterprise and Strategic Accounts, Regional Vice President, and Managing Director. In these positions, they were responsible for various aspects of management, organizational development, and talent acquisition. Jincy also worked as a Recruiting Manager at Enterprise Information Management and as a Corporate/Technical Recruiter at SRA International. Additionally, they gained experience in recruiting and HR as a Recruiter and Area Human Resource Representative at Advantage Professional. Earlier in their career, Jincy served as an Assistant Store Manager at Kohl's Department Stores, where they excelled in team management and sales analysis.

Jincy Greene obtained a degree in Marketing from James Madison University between 2003 and 2005. Jincy also pursued Marketing studies at George Mason University.
