Prior to this role, Jacqui held multiple positions at Hotel Hive from January 2017 to February 2021, including Guest Relations and Brand Manager, Guest Experience and Brand Manager, Guest Experience Coordinator, and Guest Service Agent. Jacqui holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Communications with a concentration in Advertising from Loyola University Maryland, completed in 2016, and also has experience studying at Newcastle University in 2015.
