Lisa Jeffers, CHT, is an experienced professional in the hospitality sector, currently serving as the Area Director of Talent & Culture at Modus Hotels since August 2019, where Lisa leads initiatives for The Windsor Suites and Motto Philly. With a decade-long tenure at The Windsor Suites as Director of Talent & Culture since August 2009, Lisa focuses on the strategic placement and development of colleagues across departments and promotes company culture and vision. Previous roles include Reservations Manager at The George Washington University Inn and Hotel Monticello, where Lisa excelled in revenue management and inventory control. Lisa began their career at Modus Hotels as part of the Emerging Leader Training program. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Penn State University.
