Andre Ayotte

Andre Jr. Ayotte has a diverse background in finance and venture capital. Currently, Andre Jr. holds positions as a Partner at Modus Capital, focusing on African startups, and as a Non-Executive Director at Kapower Ltd, involved in early-stage emerging markets companies. Previously, Andre Jr. served as Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at Reservoir Capital Corp. and co-founded JM&Sons. Andre also has experience in sales and trading at TD, and management roles at National Bank of Canada. Andre Jr. holds an MBA from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and a BCom in Finance from McGill University.
