Mariangela Marin

Mariangela Marin has worked in various roles within the design field. Mariangela began their career as an Entry Level Industrial Designer at REGAA Studio Arquitectura in 2015. After that, they worked as a Freelance Designer and Self-Employed Industrial and Graphic Designer from 2015 to 2017.

In 2016, Mariangela joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as an Experience Designer, where they were responsible for creating clear and brand-compliant communications for the Global IT and Company-wide audiences. Mariangela also facilitated small creative sessions to promote Design Thinking methodologies for internal engagement.

From 2017 to 2020, Mariangela worked at LegalZoom, serving as an Interaction Designer and later as a Senior Experience Strategist. Mariangela'srole involved collaborating with cross-functional teams on project roll-outs and developing user-centered experiences.

Mariangela then joined GuideWell in 2020 as a CX Designer, contributing to customer experience design projects until mid-2021.

Mariangela's most recent position is with Modus Create, where they currently hold the title of UX Strategist and Principal Design Strategist as of June 2021, demonstrating their expertise and progression in the design field.

Mariangela Marin has a diverse education history. Mariangela obtained a Certificate in Interaction Design & Social Entrepreneurship from the Austin Center for Design in 2017-2018. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Industrial Design at Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, they hold an Associate's Degree in Design and Applied Arts from Lone Star College-CyFair, which they completed from 2008 to 2011. Mariangela also has various certifications in fields such as sustainability, UX management, omnichannel journeys & customer experience, human-centered service design, and design leadership from multiple reputable institutions.
