Richard "Cooper" Sinai-Yunker's work experience begins in 2009 as a Freelance Web Developer and Designer. In 2011, they worked as a Coach at Skyhawks Sports Academy. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Physics Research Intern at Lawrence University and the University of Colorado Boulder, respectively. In 2015, they joined ModusBox as an Intern UX Designer, where they collaborated on design decisions and created prototypes. Richard "Cooper"​ later became a UX Designer, leading the design of a product and implementing Agile processes. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Lead Designer, Product & Graphic, managing a design team and working on sales support. Presently, in 2022, they are the CEO & Art Director of Ivory Crow Games, responsible for various aspects of the business and art of video game creation.

Richard "Cooper" Sinai-Yunker has a diverse education history. Richard "Cooper"​ started with their high school education at West Seattle High School, where they obtained their high school diploma in 2010. Richard "Cooper"​ then went on to Lawrence University, where they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Physics in 2014. At the same university, they also pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, which they completed in the same year.

In 2015, Richard decided to continue their education and enrolled at Seattle Central College. Richard "Cooper"​ successfully earned an Associate's degree in Graphic Design in 2017.

Most recently, in 2019, Richard attended the University of Washington, where they completed a Certificate in Product Management, specializing in Product Management.

Richard "Cooper" Sinai-Yunker has demonstrated a passion for learning in a variety of fields, ranging from physics and mathematics to graphic design and product management.
