Ylva Sörqvist Hultgren

Ylva Sörqvist Hultgren has a diverse work experience in the renewable energy industry. Ylva is currently working at Modvion as Head of Delivery, where they are responsible for project management and delivery execution for the development of the first commercial wind power tower made of wood.

Prior to their current role, Ylva worked at EOLUS VIND AB as a Project Manager for wind power establishment. In this role, they were involved in the development of new wind power projects from the beginning of establishment to the handover of new sites. Ylva worked in this position from 2018 to 2021.

Ylva also had experience working at Minesto AB, where they held various roles. Ylva started as a Power System Engineer in 2012 and later became a Project Manager for Site Permit & Power System. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating and managing site development projects. Ylva also worked as a Team Leader for Sales & Business Development, where they focused on identifying new site areas and business propositions. Ylva worked at Minesto AB from 2012 to 2018.

Before joining Minesto AB, Ylva worked at CONSAT Sustainable energy system as an Energy System Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for vehicle charging components and worked on the development of the electrical battery in a hybrid bus project. Ylva worked at CONSAT Sustainable energy system from 2010 to 2012.

Ylva also gained experience at Vattenfall eldistribution AB as a Project Manager for Wind Power Connections and at SKF China as a Trainee. Ylva also completed their Master's thesis at SEKAB BioEnergy Tanzania.
