Hang Yuan

Hang Yuan is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, specializing in advising corporate and financial sponsor clients on M&A transactions across various industries since November 2022. Prior to this role, Hang served as Managing Director at SINO-CEEF Capital from December 2017 to October 2022, focusing on cross-border private equity investments in Central and Eastern Europe, as well as Pan-European regions and belt and road initiatives. Previous experience also includes a position as Director in the Asian Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from December 2010 to October 2017, where the focus was on high-profile China-related cross-border and restructuring transactions, and an earlier role as Associate at Deutsche Bank from August 2007 to October 2010. Hang Yuan holds a Master of Philosophy in Finance from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Science in MORSE from the University of Warwick.
