Paul Nap

Paul Nap is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Executive Director at Moelis & Company since September 2020. Previously, Paul held the position of Associate at Lazard from September 2018 to July 2020 and worked in M&A at Rabobank N.A. as both an Associate and Analyst from March 2017 to June 2018. Paul began a career at Rabobank in July 2014 as an Analyst in the Corporate Finance Advisory M&A team, with experience in both Utrecht and New York. Earlier roles include a Private Equity Intern at Gimv and various positions in academic and financial organizations, such as Chairman of the Mutual Fund Investment Club and Columnist for the Financial Study Association magazine. Paul earned an MSc in Finance from the University of Amsterdam and a BSc in Economics and Business from the same institution, along with attendance at Stellenbosch University and LSE for advanced finance studies.
