VP & Global Head, Customer Success at MoEngage

Atma Gunupudi is the current VP & Global Head of Customer Success at MoEngage. Atma has over fifteen years of experience in customer success and process optimization.

Gunupudi began their career as a Project Lead for the International Portal at Osmania University. Atma was responsible for the creation of the portal and the digitization of alumni processes.

In 2004, they joined BT as a Manager of Process Optimisation. Atma successfully delivered continuous improvements across key metrics for BT Vision's service delivery and customer support, including cost to serve optimization, resolution times, first response times, single touch resolutions, throughput, and CSAT.

In 2010, Gunupudi joined Salesforce as the Director of Customer Success - BFSI Portfolio Lead. Atma built and led the Customer Success team responsible for all Banking, FinTech, and Financial Services Customers in the region with more than 98% GRR and 150% NRR.

Gunupudi has been recognised as a leader in their field, and their work has helped create lasting relationships between companies and their customers.

Gunupudi has an MBA in Consulting from Queen's University. Atma also has a Bachelor's in Engineering from Osmania University. In addition, they have a certification from Salesforce.com in Salesforce.com Certified Administrator, Salesforce.com Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer, Salesforce.com Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce.com Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
