Senior Manager, Strategic Services And US Customer Success at MoEngage

Jase Ebersole has extensive work experience in various roles. Jase began their career as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 2011 and later took on roles as an Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Manager, where they focused on customer service and increasing operating profits. In 2016, they transitioned to PYMNTS, where they worked as a Client Manager and later as the Director of Client Services, overseeing a team responsible for managing and consulting with numerous clients. In 2018, they joined Localytics as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, developing and implementing mobile engagement strategies for the company's largest customer relationships. Jase then became a Senior Digital Consultant, leading large, multi-workstream projects and driving business impact conversations for Upland Localytics customers. Most recently, they joined MoEngage as the Manager of Strategic Services and later as the Team Lead for US Customer Success and Strategic Services, leading a team of Customer Success Managers and focusing on delivering ROI driving activities to customers.

Jase Ebersole completed their high school education at St. Aloysius High School from 2003 to 2007. Following that, they pursued a degree in Marketing with a focus on Leadership Management at Boston College from 2007 to 2011.
