Kristy Schmidt

Kristy (Duffy) Schmidt holds an MBA and has extensive experience in human resources and benefits management, currently serving as the Director of Benefits & Wellness at Moffitt Cancer Center. Previously, Kristy worked at Refresco, where roles included Director of Total Rewards & HR Systems and Director of NA Benefits & Compensation. Additional experience includes leadership positions in compensation and benefits at Global Imaging Systems, Inc. (a Xerox Company), human resources at Accentia Biopharmaceuticals, and HR administration at The Spring Air Company Inc./Consolidated Bedding Inc. Kristy earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
