Anisha Madzounian has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Anisha started their career as a Disc Jockey at KUCI in 2008. In 2009, they worked as a Marketing Assistant at ARAMARK, supporting the Marketing Manager with various programs and events. From 2010 to 2011, Anisha worked as a Marketing Consultant at Sandella's Flatbread Cafe, where they developed and managed relationships with local businesses, optimized the company's website, and conducted customer surveys. Anisha then joined Los Angeles Jewish Symphony as a Marketing Specialist in 2010, where they developed creative brief write-ups, assisted in the development of marketing plans, and researched potential grants. In 2012, they transitioned to the Los Angeles Times, first working as a Market Analyst before being promoted to Marketing Manager in 2013. In this role, they developed and executed marketing plans, implemented marketing automation, and managed cross-functional teams. Currently, Anisha is working at MOFILM as a Senior Producer since 2016, where they manage projects, clients, teams, and vendors, and plays a key role in proposal design, ideation, and creative strategy for branded content with global brands. In 2021, they were promoted to Director, Strategic Operations at MOFILM.
Anisha Madzounian began their education at UC Irvine, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Management from 2006 to 2010. In 2009, they briefly attended Copenhagen Business School, focusing on Marketing and Leadership. In 2014 to 2015, Anisha enrolled at General Assembly to study Digital Marketing. Later in 2017, they attended Gnomon School of Visual Effects, Games + Animation, specializing in the Business of Production. However, no degree is specified for their time at Gnomon School.
