Rajan Luthra

Rajan Luthra has extensive work experience in various senior leadership roles. Rajan started their career at VE Commercial Vehicles Limited, where they worked as Deputy Manager-Sales and Marketing, focusing on launching products, developing sales collateral, capturing segments, and boosting market share. Rajan then joined Siemens Power Engineering Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Design Engineer, overseeing a team in a major project and coordinating with different departments.

Later, Rajan joined Shawcor and held multiple positions, including Product Marketing Manager/Product Manager and Vice President of Marketing. In these roles, they managed product life cycles, implemented value-based pricing practices, and improved communications with customers, sales, and Engineering teams. Additionally, they worked on financial analysis, M&A, and market studies for the President.

Most recently, Rajan worked at MOGAS Industries, Inc. as Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Technology and VP of Marketing. In this position, they successfully led strategic market entry, pricing, enablement, and transformation initiatives to drive growth and improve net income. Rajan also oversaw product strategy, technology, marketing, sales, branding, and market penetration.

Rajan Luthra completed their education at two different institutions. Then, from 2008 to 2010, they attended Texas McCombs School of Business and earned an MBA degree in General Management. In addition to their formal education, Rajan Luthra also holds additional certifications. In 2015, they received a certification as a Certified Product Manager from AIPMM (The Association of International Product Marketing and Management) and also completed a certification in Piping and Pipeline Design, Maintenance, and Operations from NExT Schlumberger.
