Marios Ilias Dejonai

Marios Ilias Dejonai has a diverse work experience in the field of game development and design. Marios Ilias worked as a Functional Game QA Tester at MoGi Group from the beginning of 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Game Developer at the University of Peloponnese, where they developed three applications on Unity for an interactive VR tunnel. Marios Ilias worked on a single-player escape room game, a VR 360 video tour, and a multiplayer "shooter" serious game. Marios Ilias also ported the VR 360 video tour application for mobile with headset compatibility.

Before joining the University of Peloponnese, Marios worked as an Interactive Designer-Developer at Binary Logic SA. In this role, they designed, developed, and maintained an in-house library, monorepo, and build process utilizing Phaser 3. Marios Ilias also worked on hybrid mobile app development with Cordova for Android, iOS, and Windows, and managed Google Play, App Store, and Microsoft Store.

Prior to that, Marios was a Gameplay Programmer at Revelations Studios from December 2017 to March 2020. Marios Ilias also worked as a Game Developer at the University of Peloponnese, where they contributed to the development of the HTML Escape Room game called Museum Escape.

In 2015, Marios worked as a Graphic Designer at Nikolaou Graphics for a brief period.

Overall, Marios has gained experience in game testing, game development, interactive design and development, graphics design, and project management throughout their career.

Marios Ilias Dejonai completed their high school education at Kastellanoi Mesis High School in 2010. After that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Informatics and Telecommunications at the University of Peloponnese. Marios Ilias successfully completed their degree in 2018. In terms of certifications, Marios obtained a Certificate of Proficiency in English from Cambridge Assessment English in June 2009. Prior to that, they received a Certificate in Advanced English in December 2007 and a First Certificate in English in December 2005.
