Nadia Danova

Nadia Danova has extensive work experience in the creative and technology development industry. Nadia is currently the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Mass Horizon ®, a company that specializes in digital production services. Prior to that, they held the role of Co-Founder and Managing Partner at ImmerseFX, where they focused on virtual production and interactive game experiences in virtual reality and augmented reality.

Nadia also has experience in the video game industry, serving as the Senior Executive Producer and CG Art Supervisor/Head of Production at both MoGi Group and TransPerfect. In these roles, they were responsible for establishing studio structures, managing game asset projects, and overseeing the creative and art aspects of game production.

Before establishing their own companies, Nadia worked in the visual effects industry as a Senior Executive VFX Producer, Head of Production, and Studio VFX Supervisor at Dream Team FX. Nadia also worked as a VFX Producer at Worldwide FX and Nu Boyana Film Studios, where they produced CGI and visual effects for Hollywood features and commercials.

Earlier in their career, Nadia worked as an Executive Creative Producer/Producer at BBDO and Publicis Groupe, where they produced marketing campaigns consisting of live-action and animated commercials. Nadia also gained experience as a Film Director, Video Editor, and Post Production Supervisor during their freelance work in marketing and advertising.

Additionally, Nadia has a background in finance, having worked as an Accounts Payable Accountant at InterCoast College.

Throughout their career, Nadia has demonstrated their ability to establish operational structures, manage projects from concept to delivery, and increase profitability for companies. Nadia has a strong background in creative and art direction, as well as expertise in computer graphics, virtual reality, and visual effects production.

Nadia Danova has a diverse education history with a focus on film and TV production, international business, advertising, and computer science. From 2005 to 2012, they attended New Bulgarian University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film & TV Production and Directing. During the same period, they also pursued another Bachelor of Science degree in International Business, also known as International Economic Relations, from the University of National and World Economy. Additionally, they obtained a second Bachelor's degree in Advertising, again from New Bulgarian University. In 2005 to 2006, Nadia briefly studied Computer Science and Information Technology at New Bulgarian University, however, the specific degree obtained is not mentioned. Before starting their university education, between 1999 and 2004, Nadia attended Banker Professional Private High School and obtained an Associate of Science degree. Their field of study during this period included International Business, Marketing, Advertising, Finance, Management, Accounting, and related studies. Furthermore, in 2001, they pursued a short course at Belgium Jobs, focusing on Marketing research, Stock exchange market, and Communication skills.
