Ileana Berkeley

Ileana Berkeley's work experience begins in 2014 when they worked as a Linguistics Auditor Intern at KM² Solutions, where they developed professional and communication skills and conducted an English Training Workshop for call center agents.

In 2015, they interned as an Inside Sales Intern at MobileIron, where they assisted an Inside Sales Rep in acquiring new enterprise customers and gained experience in cold calling and credit report analysis.

Ileana then worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Notre Dame in 2016 before joining Protiviti as an IT Consulting Intern, where they gained experience in executing risk assessments, quantifying risk impacts, and providing risk remediation recommendations and roadmaps.

In 2017, they became a Technology Consultant at Protiviti, collaborating with clients to define and execute Information Technology strategy projects with a focus on Cybersecurity and Risk Management.

From 2014 to 2017, Ileana also worked at the University of Notre Dame Office of Information Technologies as a Learning Spaces AV Technology Consultant and Computer Technician-Admin.

In 2019, they joined Homethrive, Inc as the AVP of Business and Product Development, specializing in guiding and supporting individuals caring for older family members. Ileana also served as the Senior Marketing Manager from 2020 to 2023.

Currently, Ileana is the Marketing Director at MOGL, where they started in 2023.

Ileana Berkeley completed their education at Escuela Internacional Sampedrana from 1998 to 2013, where they obtained a U.S High School Diploma and a Honduran Bachillerato. Ileana then attended the University of Notre Dame from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree. Their major was IT Management, Analytics, and Operations, and they also pursued a minor in Education, Schooling, and Society. Additionally, they studied Information Technology at the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business during the same period.
