Shobhit Goel

Shobhit Goel is currently the VP of Packaging Solutions at Moglix. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Manager of Sales & Operations for Amazon Now Grocery, where they were responsible for launching the business with 15 warehouses across India. Shobhit has also worked as Head of Supply Chain for Ester Industries and as AGM of Strategy and M&A for Schneider Electric.

During their time at Schneider Electric, Goel led M&A in India and Asia Pacific. Shobhit was responsible for sourcing deals, conducting financial valuation and due diligence, structuring deals, negotiating and drafting SPAs for acquisitions in Asia Pacific, particularly India. Some of their notable deals include the acquisition of 74% stake in Luminous power technologies (leading inverter & battery manufacturers in India) for $310 mn, the 100% share purchase of a cooling equipment service provider in Singapore, and the asset transfer of a transformer manufacturer in Indonesia. In addition to M&A, Goel was also responsible for managing the Energy Access Fund for India, investing in companies into off grid solar & other micro grids.

Shobhit Goel has an MBA in finance and strategy from the Indian School of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Technology in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi.

Shobhit Goel reports to Rahul Garg, CEO & Founder. They work with Mukund Vasudevan - Managing Director, Enterprise, Pankaj Kumar - SVP, Engineering, and Mukul Gupta - Director, Sales & Strategy.
