Bilha Abuko has extensive experience in customer service and sales, currently serving as the Customer Service and Sales Team Lead at MOGO Kenya since July 2020. Previously, Bilha held roles at Mogo Finance, including Team Leader for the Coast Region, where a focus on achieving 90% of sales targets was accomplished, and as a Loan Officer responsible for client inquiries regarding Boda financing products. Prior experience includes working as a Loan Officer and Debt Collector at Afrika Loan Company, where responsibilities involved evaluating loan applications and managing repayments. Bilha’s early career included an attachment at Kenya Ports Authority, focusing on documentation and financial reconciliation. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Banking and Finance from Africa Nazarene University, along with a certificate in computer applications.
