Pauline Choo

Pauline Choo is an accomplished interior designer with over 20 years of experience in luxury and lifestyle hospitality and food and beverage design. She has contributed to the success of some of the world’s leading practices including HBA Singapore, Wilson Associates, and LTW Design Works.

Pauline was the head of Cachet hotels interior design team and part of Wilson Associates’ Blueplate Studio design team that specializes in food and beverage projects for luxury hotel brands. Her experience includes designing flagship properties including five-star international hotels, retail and commercial buildings, high-profile private residences, and luxury condominiums. Her portfolio of projects includes The Four Seasons Resort Sanya, Hyatt Regency Tongzhou, Hilton Chennai, Westin Jakarta, Double Tree Kuala Lumpur, Hilton Dali, Shangri-la Zhoushan, Mandarin Oriental (CCTV) Beijing, and Cachet Los Cabos.

Pauline was born and raised in Singapore and speaks English, Chinese, Hokkien, and Cantonese.
