Imran Khan has extensive experience in digital innovation and customer experience within the banking and technology sectors. As Head of Innovation and Design at TD from June 2012 to September 2021, Imran led the global Innovation Ecosystem, focusing on key initiatives like Generative AI and Dynamic Channel Personalization. Prior roles at TD included Head of Global Digital Experience and Vice President of Digital Customer Experience, overseeing the digital strategies for over 14 million customers. Imran also served as President and CEO of UGO Mobile Solutions, which developed industry-leading mobile wallet solutions before being acquired by TD Bank. Earlier experience includes senior consulting roles at Deloitte and product development management at Critical Path, where Imran led the creation of mobile email applications that garnered significant global user adoption.
