Basel Mokhtar

Basel Mokhtar is a highly skilled Senior Technical Office Engineer and Planner with extensive experience in quantity surveying and project management. Currently employed at Mohammed Abdulmohsin Al-Kharafi & Sons since September 2021, Basel is responsible for studying project documents, preparing and updating project BOQs, and managing client and sub-contractors invoices. Previously, Basel worked as a Technical Office Engineer, where similar responsibilities were undertaken alongside creating project timeline schedules and conducting CPM analysis. Prior experience includes a role as Site & Technical Office Engineer at Rock Construction, where oversight of project execution and timeline management were key duties.
