Tarek Kamal has a strong background in finance and auditing, with experience spanning over several decades. Tarek started their career as an Accountant at Dallah Albaraka in 1988 and worked there until 1991. In 1992, Tarek joined Mohammed Abdulmohsin Al-Kharafi & Sons as an Internal Audit Manager at the headquarters. Tarek was responsible for maintaining the audit program, developing annual audit plans, and managing multiple risk-based audits. From 2001 to 2003, Tarek served as the Regional Financial Controller, overseeing subsidiaries such as Albanian Airlines and Sheraton hotel-Tirana. In 2004, they took on the role of Regional Internal Audit Manager, where they set up and managed a regional internal audit department and implemented annual audit plans. Lastly, Tarek became the Group Finance Director in 2007, with their responsibilities including financial management and strategic planning for the organization.

Tarek Kamal pursued their education chronologically, beginning in 1985. Tarek enrolled at Ain Shams University, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance. This course of study spanned from 1985 to 1989, providing him with a strong foundation in these subjects.

After a significant gap in their education, Tarek returned to academic pursuits in 2012. Tarek attended the IFTD (Institute of Financial Training and Development), where they completed a Diploma in HR Management. This program lasted for one year, enhancing their knowledge and skills in the field of Human Resources.

The following year, in 2013, Tarek Kamal enrolled at Wales University to pursue a Master's Degree. Tarek specifically pursued a Mini MBA program, which lasted for one year. This furthered their understanding of various aspects of business management.

These educational experiences contributed to Tarek's professional development, equipping him with a solid foundation in accounting and finance, as well as valuable expertise in human resources and business management.
