Yehia Abdelgawwad

Yehia Abdelgawwad is an experienced technical office and materials engineer with a background in architecture. Currently serving as a Technical Office Engineer at Mohammed Abdulmohsin Al-Kharafi & Sons since March 2020, Yehia is involved in the The Pulse Beach Front project, which includes 772 villas and various recreational facilities in collaboration with Dubai-South and Khatib & Alamy. Previously, Yehia worked on Al-Ain improvement projects as a Materials Engineer and has extensive experience in arranging shop drawings and quantities for fit-out projects in Dubai with contractors like Emaar and Bloom Holding. In earlier roles, Yehia served as an Architect Engineer and Site Engineer, solidifying a comprehensive skill set in engineering and project management. Yehia holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Architecture from Minia University, completed in 2014, and is an affiliated member of the Society of Engineers in the UAE.
