Tausif Vaja began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Adecco, India in December 2013. Tausif then moved on to Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd., where they worked as an Associate in the Human Resources department from June 2014 to November 2019. During this time, they managed various HR functions such as talent acquisition, on-boarding, payroll management, and employee engagement. In December 2019, they joined Amcor as an Executive in the Human Resources department and worked their way up to the position of Assistant Manager. Tausif held this role until July 2023. Currently, they are working as an HRBP (Cluster HR Head) at the MeTL Group since July 2023.
Tausif Vaja completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat, between 2009 and 2011. Tausif then pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in the same field of study at Gujarat Technological University, Ahmadabad, from 2011 to 2013.
