Gene Hepler

Gene Hepler has over 20 years of work experience in various management roles. Gene has served as President at BACI since 2015, and previously worked at Mohave County as the Director and Manager of the Office of Management and Budget. Gene also worked as a Senior Management Analyst at Mohave County. Prior to that, Gene worked at Navy Supply System Command San Diego as a Senior Business Analyst and Director of the Business Office.

Gene Hepler attended San Diego Miramar College from 1974 to 1977, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science. Gene then pursued further education at San Diego State University from 1980 to 1983, earning a Master's degree in Public & Criminal Administration.
