Gracie Campbell

Gracie Campbell is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Deputy General Counsel - Corporate and formerly as Assistant General Counsel - Corporate at Mohawk Industries since January 2022. Campbell's expertise encompasses corporate legal matters, including securities law, SEC and NYSE compliance, corporate governance, and M&A transactions. Previous experience includes roles at Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP, where Campbell advised on securities law compliance and executive compensation, and at Jones Day as a Financial Markets Associate, advising on public and private transactions.
