Ken Walma

Ken Walma is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience in the lighting and HVAC industries. Currently serving as President of the North American segment at Mohawk Industries, Ken oversees a substantial operation with approximately 12,000 employees. Prior roles include CEO of Big Ass Fans, Group President at Madison Air, and various vice president positions at Eaton and Signify, where Ken led significant business segments and initiatives, driving growth and profitability. Educationally, Ken holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from Emory University, complemented by executive education from Georgia Tech and Rice University. Ken also serves as a board member for Mason Bottle and Current Lighting.
