Matthew Redding

Matthew Redding, MBA, CAPM, currently serves as the Sustainability Marketing Manager for Mohawk Industries, a position held since September 2022. Prior to this, Redding was with The Save Mart Companies for six years, where roles included Sr. Manager of Communications, focusing on strategic support for Public Affairs and Corporate Communications, and Manager of Enterprise Communications, responsible for disseminating corporate communications. Earlier experience includes a role in Marketing & Communications at Stanislaus Farm Supply, where Redding developed various marketing materials, and a position as Customer Service Representative Lead. Redding holds an MBA in Sustainable Business from Marylhurst University and a B.S. in Landscape Architecture from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
