Paola Flotte

Paola Flotte currently serves as an ASPIRE Management Associate - People Systems and ASPIRE Management Associate - Compensation at Mohawk Industries since June 2024. In this role, Paola designed and developed a Power BI dashboard for performance-based merit increase data, utilizing DAX measures and Power Query to derive insights for strategic compensation decisions. Prior experience includes working as an ASPIRE HR Associate at Texas Instruments and a Human Resources Intern at Chick-fil-A-Franchise. Additionally, Paola directed the 2022 Summer Enrichment Program at Presidio Elementary School, focusing on creativity, physical activity, social skills, and teamwork. Earlier work experience includes a role as a Front Desk Receptionist at Cibolo Creek Ranch. Paola holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from Texas A&M University.
