Rand Meyer

Rand Meyer has extensive experience in continuous improvement and quality management, with a focus on Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Continuous Improvement at Mohawk Industries since January 2008, Rand leads the Flooring business unit's Lean Six Sigma program and Central Control Room, overseeing the training and certification of Yellow, Green, and Black Belts. Prior positions at Mohawk include Director of Continuous Improvement and Lean Six Sigma Program Administrator/Master Black Belt. Rand also has a substantial history at Avery Dennison, serving as Plant Manager and Six Sigma Master Black Belt, where leadership contributed to significant divisional success. Earlier experience includes quality management roles at TDK Electronics. Rand holds a B.Ch.E. in Plastics from Georgia Institute of Technology, an MBA from Parker College of Business-Georgia Southern University, and an MSET in Quality Assurance from Southern Polytechnic State University.
