Mike Madura

Mike Madura has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Mike began their career in the US Navy as a Lieutenant from April 1988 to September 1996. Following that, they joined Xerox Corporation, where they held various roles including Manufacturing Supervisor, Operations Manager, and Manager of Production Marketing Communications. Mike later served as a Product Marketing Manager and Worldwide Product Marketing Manager at Xerox. From 2011 to the present, Mike has been associated with Mohawk, where they held the positions of Vice President of Digital, Vice President of Product Development and Management, and Senior Vice President of Product. Currently, they hold the role of Senior Vice President of Sales at Mohawk.

Mike Madura received their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida in 1988. Mike then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business from the Rochester Institute of Technology, which they completed from 1997 to 1999.
